Our story
Kiami was born from a simple observation:
Our founder, Fernando Antonio, saw both sides. Engaging with tour operators and being an innovator in the tech space, he realized that platforms like Booking.com often overlook smaller, local businesses — and that travelers on a budget don’t have flexible, fair options.
What started as an idea in South Africa is now expanding across East and Southern Africa — powered by a small team, big dreams, and the belief that Africa should be explored, affordably and authentically.
